Snows Motor Group is offering support to local communities in the lead up to Christmas.
Some of the schemes are being run as part of the company’s ‘Mission 60’ project, organised to mark Snows’ 60th anniversary, which has been celebrated throughout 2022.
All employees have been given a fund-raising target of £60, with the aim of raising £60,000 in total, to be shared between six charities.
Snows is handing out 10 Virginia Hayward hampers to people who have done charity work or helped their local community.
The Mazda dealership in Portsmouth is acting as a collection point for donations to be passed to a nearby food bank and Snows Jeep Portsmouth has been providing logistical help to the HIVE food pantry in Portsea.
Snows has also contributed to a toy appeal organised by the football club AFC Totton in Southampton.
AFC Totton, who play in Southern League Division One South, receive ongoing support from Snows Motor Group.
Managing director Stephen Snow is club chairman, and the company sponsors its home ground, the Snows Stadium.
Olivia Snow, customer experience Manager at Snows Motor Group, said: ‘‘Every year we try to spread a bit of festive cheer, whether that’s via the competitions we run or the support we provide to deserving causes and individuals. We’d like to wish all our customers and community partners a very merry Christmas.’’
